Do I own my domain?
Yes. We register it for administrative simplicity and cover the renewal cost while you’re an active client, but it’s yours. If you ever leave, we hand over full transfer access, no delays, no fees.
What happens if I run out of storage?
We monitor usage and give you a heads-up well before you’re at risk of losing email. If you’re about to hit your limit, we’ll proactively upgrade your plan so your email never goes down, and we’ll always let you know before adjusting your bill.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. Most clients start at Starter and move up as their team grows.
What if I already have a domain somewhere else?
No problem, we can transfer it in, or just manage DNS and email on your existing domain instead.
